An architectural exercise on ambiguity and dualism — with references to Venturi and to Lars von Trier's rules of the game — on a site in the Iñaquito neighborhood ringed by a tall blind wall. The proposal turns that wall into a conceptual plinth and opens the perimeter to the city; inside, circles (voids) for encounter, diagonals that separate functions, and right angles for housing and laboratories shape an open-exchange space for scientists and researchers.
