An intervention on the former La Previsora Bank (Hopkins & Dentz, 1937), an art-deco building in Quito's historic center, abandoned since 2018. The proposal preserves the exterior façades and takes the interior through the void, following Koolhaas' free-section principle: yellow exhibition capsules pierce all eleven floors and turn the building into an incubator for artists and trade workshops. Winner of the 2020 BAQ Gold Medal, intervention category.
