Contemplative Space

A minimal intervention along the 14-km trail that rings the Cuicocha lagoon, at 3,100 m.a.s.l. Two stereotomic rooms are hidden inside the mountain and revealed only through zenithal openings: In Praise of the Horizon, calibrated to the sun's annual path, and In Praise of Ice, where the water's reflection projects the firmament.
